At North Crown Watches, we take great care to accurately describe, inspect, authenticate, and securely package every watch we sell. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Right to Withdraw (UK and EU Customers Only)

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To exercise your right to withdraw, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day withdrawal period by emailing:

You must clearly state your intention to return the item and include your order number.

Once your withdrawal request has been accepted, the watch must be returned within 14 days.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund under the withdrawal period:

• The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

• All original boxes, papers, accessories, tags, links, and packaging must be included.

• The watch must not have been altered, modified, damaged, or worn beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

• Any security seals or authenticity tags must remain intact where applicable.

We reserve the right to reduce any refund amount if the value of the item has been diminished due to handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted when inspecting the product.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise required by law.

We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable delivery service. North Crown Watches cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that the item has been returned.

Original shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs where applicable

We will review the matter and provide further instructions.

International Orders (Outside the UK and EU)

For customers located outside the United Kingdom and European Union:

• All sales are final.

• There is no right to cancel an order after purchase.

• There is no right to return an item because you have changed your mind.

• Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind purchases.

Any exceptions are entirely at the discretion of North Crown Watches.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers in the United Kingdom and European Union may still exercise their statutory right to withdraw after receiving the item as outlined above.

Customers outside the United Kingdom and European Union do not have any cancellation rights and all purchases are final.

Exclusions

We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund where:

• The item has been damaged after delivery.

• Parts, accessories, links, boxes, paperwork, or packaging are missing.

• The item shows signs of excessive wear or misuse.

• The item has been altered, serviced, modified, or tampered with after delivery.

• The return request falls outside the applicable withdrawal period.
